This video shows one of the unique dual-driver truck/trailer combination vehicles used by Boeing to transport aircraft wing spars to the Boeing assembly facility in Everett, Washington. The first driver, as with any other truck, is in the “front” cab. You can see the second driver in his cab underneath the trailer, just in front of the rear wheels.

10 Years Ago… Ago… ??
What if it takes off?
Same like train
Moving at this speed is amusing
Down driver can quickly turn into driver down…
Damn stance nation big rig
What if that second guy put a brake suddenly
Is it allowd to pass super cars under the trailer just like movies ?
Imagine you crash…
Oversize load ?
The truck on back reminds me of the Strick cab under truck of the 70s.
too big item
عقول عندهم
Why the heck is there a suicide car as well !
A whole new meaning to TRUE TEAM??

Someone picked the shortest straw that morning

Wow

???✌?
Recommended After 10 years only fo me?? ??
Not for the claustrophobic.
That thing is motoring right along too. Sure ain't being shy.
newest commenta (hehe)
Wow, I've never seen that in my life.
Super
If I got bored in the rear-steer position I'd probably be tempted to create a massive rolling road block of all lanes for a little while, or when the lead driver undertakes a low (roof height) car I'd swing out to overtake them. With the right lead and escort vehicle drivers we'd be a right menace on the roads. 🙂
Dude shoulda called shotgun
Putting an engine in the rear truck would make a great machine.
Sick hotrod
when looking for a nice place to sit, this wouldnt be my 1st choice.
I bet that thing is locked in place going down the freeway & the steering capability is for maneuvering tight corners in town. That guy probably shouldn't be in there going down the freeway.
That is so cool. I wonder if you have to be a smaller build to fit in there.
YOU HAVE TO BE A REAL DUMB ASS TO SIT UNDER 80.000 POUNDS SOME PEOPLE WILL DO ANYTHING…
Now try to imagine driving code 3 around traffic in L.A. on a Fire truck, LAFD calls Hook and Ladders "Trucks" Tillermen earn their pay.
I was once towed behind another vehicle with a very short chain down a winding gravel road at a high rate of speed. The person who came along for the ride was sitting in the passenger seat and was literally white knuckled. It's very difficult to see where you are going when all you can see is the tail end of another vehicle.
This looks somewhat similar. For sure your not going to fall asleep from boredom.
The hard part would be staying alert with nothing to look at but truck butt…
This is a very common sight here in Puget Sound…the greater Seattle and Everett region.
Everything all good till a gator comes at ya lol
.
I escorted one similar to that from the Kansas/Colorado line to Savannah Gerogia, it was going to a ship building facility!
Oooohh que hermoso vehículo ?????????✌️
Are the wheels on the second unit powered, or is the motor only for steering and braking?
Just amazing
I sure hope that guy in the back is sitting behind a bulletproof windshield for when he catches a rock or something.
There is actually not only 2 drivers, but also 2 tractors. But about the second tractor, how does it work?
1 the driver need to take care everything, like a normal tractor.
2 Brake, throttle are synchronized from the first tractor, the driver only cake care of steering. The second tractor works like locomotives trailing behind of lead unit in a long freight train.
oops i watched thinking there was going to be a crash
What is the mileage of this vehicle?
